Refund policy

At DivyOrganic, we are committed to delivering fresh, authentic, and high-quality natural products. Due to the perishable nature of our products, please read our policy carefully.

1. Returns

For food safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of products once they have been delivered.

However, we will gladly assist you if:

  • You receive a damaged product.
  • You receive the wrong product.
  • The product is leaking or defective.
  • The package is tampered with during delivery.

Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.


2. How to Request a Replacement or Refund

To raise a request, email us at:

  • Customer Name
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the outer packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review your request within 2 business days.


3. Refund Eligibility

If your request is approved, you may receive:

  • A full refund
  • A replacement product
  • Store credit (where applicable)

The resolution depends on the nature of the issue.


4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

The amount will be credited to your original payment method.

Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 2–7 business days to reflect in your account.


5. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following products cannot be returned once delivered:

  • A2 Gir Cow Ghee
  • Bilona Ghee
  • Organic Honey
  • Cold-Pressed Oils
  • Shilajit
  • Khandsari Sugar
  • Dry Fruits
  • Any opened or used food product

7. Damaged Shipments

If the outer package appears damaged at the time of delivery:

  • Take clear photos before opening the package.
  • Contact us immediately.
  • Keep all original packaging until the issue is resolved.
