  • Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days
  • Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier availability, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on orders above ₹999.
  • A standard shipping fee will apply to orders below ₹999. The exact shipping charge will be displayed at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email or SMS
  • A tracking number
  • A courier partner tracking link

You can use the tracking details to monitor your shipment.


5. Delivery Partners

We work with trusted courier partners to ensure timely and secure delivery across India.


6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will usually make up to three delivery attempts.

If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the package, the order may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.


7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address, phone number, and PIN code are correct before placing your order.

DivyOrganic is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.


8. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to have been tampered with:

  • Do not accept the package if it is visibly damaged (where possible).
  • Take clear photos of the package and product.
  • Contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery.

We will investigate and provide an appropriate resolution.
